Dear Chris, Your objection to the current transfer policy as accepted by the RIPE community is noted, again. However, I don't think it relates to this policy proposal either, as this merely removes an unintended consequence introduced by the run out fairly policy. The current text of the transfer policy remains unchanged and is therefore out of scope for this proposal. If you feel strongly about changing (or removing, for that matter) the current transfer policy in another way, I suggest you launch a separate policy proposal to do just that.
