It doesn't say so (otherwise it would have been written down :) ), but since the NCC has moved from "allocate linearily, always leaving 3 bits in reserve" to "binary chop", no reservations are needed anymore (or, phrased differently, "reservations automatically use all the space still available"). If you look at the stats files, this is nicely visible in recent allocations: ripencc|FI|ipv6|2a03:9b80::|32|20111011|allocated ripencc|PT|ipv6|2a03:9c80::|32|20111011|allocated ripencc|SE|ipv6|2a03:9a80::|32|20111011|allocated ripencc|GB|ipv6|2a03:9e80::|32|20111012|allocated ripencc|RS|ipv6|2a03:9d80::|32|20111012|allocated ripencc|DE|ipv6|2a03:a080::|32|20111013|allocated ripencc|FI|ipv6|2a03:9f80::|32|20111013|allocated ripencc|IT|ipv6|2a03:a280::|32|20111014|allocated ripencc|IT|ipv6|2a03:a380::|32|20111014|allocated ripencc|RU|ipv6|2a03:a180::|32|20111014|allocated Gert Doering -- APWG chair -- have you enabled IPv6 on something today...?
