Was and is, and indeed perhaps some of the discussion on where the routing table for IPv4 and IPv6 may be in a decade is best suited for that list. I will, however, proffer a reminder that the RIPE NCC hands out addresses based on policies that the RIPE community decides. This discussion on 2011-02 is in 'last call,' which is supposed to mean that 'we as a community have reached consensus, are there any major show-stoppers we have missed?' Perhaps we can move the future of routing discussion over to the routing working group (although having an aim for the discussion would be useful) and leave the discussion on this list to either 'nothing new, carry on' or 'whoah! we've completely missed this before.'
