Sarkozy is not in charge in Holland, and his visions are not *that* popular
outside France.
RIPE policy is not the ideal place to fix broken political approaches - they
have their own processes for that, and it works (look at what we did in DE
with the internet access denial law that *did* get removed after enough
political work in the proper channels).
