It is. Everybody's opinion is accepted here, and all opinions have equal weight. Even if labeled otherwise. If a NCC board member expresses his opinion, if a working group chair expresses his/her opinion, or if anybody else expresses his/her opinion: all are equal and considered for their content, not for who expressed them.

And this is an open community. *Everybody* can join.

Obvious to those of us who have been around for some time, but I though I should write it down once in a while :-)
