This period is now over.

Normally, I would now post a summary of the discussion of the proposal
and (potentially) start the next phase in the PDP, "Last Call".

Since I'm the respective WG chair *and* the proposer, there is a formal
conflict of interest.  So I will not do any WG chair work on this 
proposal --> expect to see summary + decisions from APWG's co-chair, 
Sander Steffann, soon :-)
