I think we should stop the mudslinging and name-calling. More so, as the
actual behaviour of a particular region has been, and is, different from
what is implied here.

The folks from ARIN have very concisely explained what they believe are their
legal boundary conditions to consider, and to respect. Whether we in RIPE-Land
like those - or not - is a different story and outside the scope of a global
policy discussion, imho...
