Perhaps that might persuade ARIN to reconsider. It's It's always easy to approve of something that you know doesn't come into effect. So, if the community really wants this option, we better assume it be implemented sooner or later _and_ emphasize the commitment by appropriate communication outside the PDP process. -Peter
