Very interesting idea. If there is a way to solve our issue
PROCEDURALLY, that means there's no need to alter the present POLICY.

In fact we originally hoped to solve our issue in this manner, when
we addressed RIPE directly.

Do you know of any similar requests in the past? How were they
solved? Who can we refer to in RIPE NCC with this request?
