It's highly unlikely to assume there will be consensus for "give me more 
addresse for less money, if all I need to do is speak the magic word" in 
the AGM.

Of course we *could* do that - but in that case, I see significant resistance
for loosening up the address policy for 6rd deployments (quite obvious from
the discussion so far).
