Greetings! I support this proposal. I definitely want (g|cc)TLD operators to have an opportunity to increase resilience by setting up multiple anycasting clouds. And I think that the actual anycast address space spent for this will not even approach the "worst case" prediction - equivalent of slightly over /15 additional space. If I am wrong and it would get wide spread to fill up the /15, it is worth for that in my opinion.
