I guess the major point of difference is that I would like to see the RIRs maintain some level of control as the IPv4 address space reassignment regime evolves. I don't see that happening without something like 2007-08. (I also suspect you're far more optimistic than I regarding timeframes for your scenario, but I've probably been around too many VCs and 'domainers'). Regards, -drc
