I can see two scenarios: 1. Despite 2007-08 we run out of v4, no market develops and we all move to v6 2. 2007-08 allows a (larger or smaller) market to develop and helps to lubricate the move to v6 as the bean counters at last see that there is a cost to not investing in it. No way is it going to free up enough v4 space to allow us to continue at the current rate of use, but then it wasn't intended to. Nigel
