[address-policy-wg] Re: 2007-08 Review Period extended until 9 July 2008 (Enabling Methods for Reallocation of IPv4 Resources)

In the last two days there have been a lot of messages about proposal
2007-08. We have seen support, but also some concerns. To be able to reach
consensus, these concerns have to be discussed. Here is a summary:
