[address-policy-wg] 2007-08 Review Period extended until 9 July 2008 (Enabling Methods for Reallocation of IPv4 Resources)

click on the link in Filiz email. It takes you to a page, where after  
a table with miscellaneous bureaucratic info you come across a section  
by the name of "Summary of proposal", taking much, much less than a  
screenful. The details, just below the summary, take about a screenful.
