No thanks, I don't really have the inclination to waste my time
reading legalese. ARIN is way too uptight about legalities, but I
guess that reflects the culture of the region. I think the RIPE region
is a bit more practical, and we can worry about making the system work
better instead of who has what rights and who gets to sue who.

And anyway, the current RIPE proposal (2007-01) does not cover legacy
space, so I will happily ignore the problem for now. ;)
