The process for applying for an AS number was recently changed to require every applicant to submit corporate registration papers, even if they are a long-time RIPE LIR. But the current ASN assignment policy here <http://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/asn-assignment.html> doesn't mention this. Nor does RIPE-406 <http://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/ripe-406.html> --Michael Dillon
