But this is nothing special imho, the very same statement holds true for any space that as yet hadn't been "in use" at all. Bottom line: if there isn't a record to properly docment assignment to an end site, then the use or routing of that address space is at least vey, very, questionable(1). But if you don't double-check - you'll never know ;-) Wilfried.
