That number isn't quite 100%, though. A while back we were asked for some statistics on the number of IPv6 related requests we receive and the proportion that did not result in resources being issued. About 2% of requests did not result in an IPv6 allocation or assignment because the requester was unable to meet the requirements defined in the policy. Of those 2%, slightly more than 1% were unable to meet the requirement for a plan to assign 200 or more /48s within two years.
