Thanks for clarification.  (Yay! A /21 for me, after having worked 
towards a /23 for years, and never needed anything beyond that anyway).

Thanks for clarification.

So the proposal really is only about a one-off increase after 6 months
(or the equivalent for existing LIRs), and it will not affect the normal
AW handling anywhere else.
