Imagine if you had them change not only DNS, but all of their DHCP scopes, firewall rules, host files, batches, printers, renumber their active directory controllers (ever tried to change the IP address on a windows box that assumes FSMO roles?) etc etc. > - nevertheless, it was the correct thing to do Good for you.
