Well, at least my crystal ball gets clouded if I try to look more than
a year into the future. I believe, we should change policies as we see
fit, and not try to solve all the riddles of the world and foresay the
future of the Internet now.

I like your enthusiasm very much, but there is more to do than start (or
continue) designing a different Internet. We have to take up with what we
have today. A different type of routing will have to be designed, adopted,
implemented, used. That takes a lot of time, and I strongly believe (I
know that it's right for _my_ part) that we need a (alas interim) solution
now. Not in ten years.
