  Aah, so this time at least we don't want to raise money for poor
  routers, but for victims of some sort of disaster or another.

  And why 42? (other than being "this" universal number)
  Wouldn't we be able to raise more money if we would give away more
  prefixes ;-) Or maybe just 32 x /32?
