So, what you are saying is, that the current policy is good, because it can be bypassed by just lying? Call me old fashioned, but I think lying is a bad thing, that you do not do just because you have an advantage of it. I'd rather go the rough way and try to fix the policy that encourages this kind of behaviour instead of the easy way.
