Aha. Then probably you own an interesting device
called legal_bank_note_production_engine, because
typically providers as real companies tend to charge
their cost to their customers in one or the other way.

Btw.:
Latency UK/Germany is typically around 30ms.
DSL Latency home to BBRAR/LAC ist typically 60ms.

People take the DSL ...

It is paid in "esoteric costs measured in Euros",
not in latency time units.
Probably US dollars, swiss franc or yen are acceptable, too.

And yes, cost is a primary issue for most customers.
