No. If we find that 2000::/3 is not enough, we've botched things badly through poor choices made today. Using the remaining space a long ways from now (e.g, in 30? 50 years?) would perhaps be OK. Needing to use it anytime in the next 10-20 years means we've botched it. Thomas
