We provide connectivity to several ISP's - including our own. Our ISP is simply another customer of the LIR. My personal opinion is that the '200' rule should be scrapped - this is obviously a topic for a different debate. but, in answer to the original question: "To qualify for an initial allocation of IPv6 address space, an organisation must [...] have a plan for making at least 200 /48 assignments to other organisations within two years." There is in my understanding no stipulation that these assignments must all be made to external organisations. Therefore an assignment to your own infrastructure counts - not that 1 assignment out of 200 makes a great deal of difference. Just my 2 peneth worth. Regards, Jon Lawrence
