Asuming that Curtis is hiding his sympathy to allow TLD operators
to get IPv4/v6 address space for the operation of anycast services
I second that idea. Lets add anycast TLD nameservice to the list
of accepted exceptions.

It seems to be much easier and practical to add allowances to a list
of exceptions than finding an accepted term and criteria that defines
an open future path for applications that automatically qualify for this
rule.
