Gil,
There are 2 allocations in Israel.  IUCC - which is an academic network -
which can't provide suballocations to a commercial cellphone company and
Euronet (Internet Zahav) which recently got an allocation but hasn't
connected to the 6bone yet.

But you knew all this from my emails to you already.  :-)
