Monique, The better place to see by country IPv6 allocations would be: http://www.sixxs.net/tools/grh/tla/ Specifically for Israel: http://www.sixxs.net/tools/grh/tla/all/?country=il Gil, There are 2 allocations in Israel. IUCC - which is an academic network - which can't provide suballocations to a commercial cellphone company and Euronet (Internet Zahav) which recently got an allocation but hasn't connected to the 6bone yet.
