Once you have a policy stating how you want abuse details to be handled, then the RIPE NCC can draft an implementation plan explaining how to achieve what the policy requires. This plan can include details of cleaning up legacy data. You could also consider changing the IRT to a role type as part of the implementation and cleanup. So if the TF discusses the outline of how you would like this to be done, the RIPE NCC can include all this in the draft implementation plan and submit that to the TF or the WGs (DB and AA) for final approval. cheers denis
