Athina's minutes report that Ideally the proposal should be published to the community before RIPE 63, so that the discussion-phase of the proposal coincides with the RIPE meeting. It seems we have a couple of weeks to publish our proposal. In case we can do so, it may be more interesting to have our meeting /after/ the anti-abuse meeting, which is on Tuesday evening, in order to decide how to proceed based on their comments. In case we miss that, it'd be better to arrange so that our Monday meeting may continue until the proposal is finally published :-)
