I think RIPE NCC ought to choose the implementation, but we should be
quite clear about what we want.  Specifically, the proposal has to
bring enough insight to show what's wrong with the abuse-mailbox.  I
mean, if we pretend for a minute that abuse-mailbox were not there,
what part of the proposal says that such solution would not meet our
requirements?
