Sorry, I never responded to this. That may be possible, there is a 
slight dance involved as I mentioned and I'd prefer to avoid that if at 
all possible.

If nobody else wishes to be explicitly listed as an author, which is 
fine, we'll go ahead with Tobias' name on it.
