[Accountability-tf] Updated Draft Report Ahead of RIPE 77

Dear task force members,

We have an updated draft document (attached) that we are hoping to 
publish ahead of RIPE 77. We have edited the text a fair bit throughout 
the entire document.

We are planning to hold a call on Monday, 1 October at the usual time 
(2pm UTC+2). Please take some time to review the document and let us 
know your thoughts.
