[Accountability-tf] Reminder: TF Call Today

Carsten and others, 

Please read the document as presented. This will be presented as our draft report to the community this week. We will present this during a plenary presentation at this meeting and hopefully finalize this as our report. 

I thank everyone for their help in making this a successful task force. And thank you all for your contributions up till now. We have a little more work to do. I look forward to seeing you in a couple short weeks in Amsterdam.
