is 9:30 as the starting time now somewhat "confirmed"?

As I could get myself onto an AMS inbound flight at 7:20, but also one
an hour later at 8:30.

What is average arrival clearing time at Schiphol these days for
carry-on luggage from the KLM pier and the easyJet pier?
