Dear RIPE NCC members, We at the RIPE NCC wish to express our sympathy and solidarity with our Turkish and Syrian members and community. We are conscious of the many members in this region providing Internet services that are vital to the work of first responders. Our thoughts are with all of those affected. As we have shared previously, we will work with members in the region who may need an extension on their invoices. Please reach out to us if this is the case: https://www.ripe.net/ripe/mail/archives/ncc-announce/2023-February/001624.html Our focus is on providing undisrupted service to our members, so we have continued our usual work. This proposal recommends setting the minimum assignment size for temporary assignments to a /24 while allowing for a smaller assignment if requested by the End User. This would also allow routing requirements to justify the request for more than a /24 for research purposes. Taking community feedback into consideration, the proposers are drafting a new version of the proposal that will be submitted for discussion in the Address Policy Working Group: https://www.ripe.net/ripe/mail/archives/address-policy-wg/2023-February/013702.html -- Updated Draft RIPE Code of Conduct Process Document Published Following community feedback after the last version of the draft RIPE Code of Conduct Process document was published in September 2022, the Code of Conduct Task Force has revised the text and published an updated version.
