Tools for LIRs
This page displays tools that we (the RIPE NCC) produced for you (our
members) to manage your resources and help you with your resource requests.

| The
RIPE NCC has introduced a test facility that replicates the request
robot's behaviour. |
You can use this system by sending test requests to this e-mail address:
test-hostmaster@ripe.net
Resource request forms mailed to test-hostmaster@ripe.net are processed
in exactly the same way as requests mailed to hostmaster@ripe.net, except:
- it will not create/update tickets
- it will not store incoming and outgoing emails
- it makes no changes in the ticket database
- it uses NCC#9999999999 as the default ticket number for newly created
tickets
If you have any questions about the test facility please email sw-bugs@ripe.net. |
-
ASinuse
The ASInuse query determines when an AS number last appeared

- Crypt CGI Interface
This tool will encrypt a cleartext password to use in your mntner
object as one of the authentication schemes. See also: RIPE
Whois Database support.
-
Customer Ticket Query
All requests for resources are ticketised.
You can check the status of your ticket with this on-line interface.

A tool that returns a list of IP prefixes with their ranges and sizes
from a given IP address range.
-

The source code of the Standard Template Tool for generating customised

This is a web version of the public asused program.
You can use this tool to run a check on the usage of your registry's
allocations as registered in the RIPE Whois Database.
-
Zone Delegation Checker
A gateway to the routines which the RIPE NCC use to check reverse
zone setup in the DNS before they are actually delegated.
-
Other Routing Tools
A collection of routing tools from the Routing Information Service.
In addition to these tools, a list of all tools developed by us is also available.
