This tutorial is aimed at Local Internet Registries (LIRs). The goal of
the "IP Request Tutorial" is to explain address space assignment
and allocation procedures in the RIPE NCC region. It contains selected
parts from the LIR course that the RIPE NCC provides to its members.

It is not necessary to register. All RIPE meeting participants are more
