Important Information for New Local Internet Registries

In an effort to bring new Local Internet Registries (LIRs) together with the membership and the RIPE community, all new LIRs will receive two free RIPE Meeting tickets.

The free entry covers the registration cost only and does not include the fee for the RIPE Dinner. You are also expected to cover your own transportation and accommodation costs.

How to use these tickets:

Each ticket is valid for one person only. As a new LIR you are free to use these two tickets at one meeting, or over two different meetings. If you do not use these tickets within two years of their issue date, they will no longer be valid. The issue date is the day when you have paid your first invoice to the RIPE NCC.

In order to redeem the tickets you need an LIR Portal account. If you do not yet have an account on the LIR Portal please create one first following the instructions found at:

You can then complete the registration form and claim your free tickets from the registration link on the RIPE Meeting website.

Further announcements will be made as soon as registration for a RIPE Meeting is opened.
