My apologies for any confusion my announcement may of caused.

This list is primarily to improve communications between the RIPE NCC and
ccTLD's that we provide secondary DNS service for. 
It is not intended to take away discussions from any other lists all of
which do a fine job in their current format.
To clarify this is a closed list and you only need to subscribe to it if you
are a ccTLD operator and have secondary DNS provided by the NCC.

If there is another list which contains a large proportion of the relevant
ccTLD operators then I was not aware of it.
