RIPE NCC General Meeting April 2006

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) April 2006 was held on Wednesday, 26 April 2006 from 17:00 - 18:00. The GM was held adjacent to the RIPE 52 Meeting which took place from 24 - 28 April 2006 at the Ceylan Intercontinental Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey.

There were 46 attendees excluding RIPE NCC staff, non-voting guests and observers from the other Regional Internet Registries.

Voting and Resolutions

Candidate members could attend the meeting, but were not allowed to vote according to article 16.3 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association. Members who could not attend the GM could vote by means of proxy voting, as per article 16.4.

The meeting could only pass resolutions that had been submitted and published according to articles 15.3 and 15.4 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association.

RIPE NCC Nominations for Executive Board Seat - April 2006

The RIPE NCC reports for the GM were presented in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group on Wednesday, 26 April 2006 from 16:00-17:00. GM attendees that had not registered for the RIPE Meeting were welcome to participate in this Working Group session. The RIPE NCC reports were not repeated in the GM.
