Registration Services Request Response Times
All requests sent to hostmaster@ripe.net and lir-help@ripe.net
are automatically given a ticket number to make sure that requests
can be tracked by the RIPE NCC and its customers. The following
links display the current response times for the ticketed requests.
(please note that the response times for the mailboxes are measured
separately):
Note: enduser-contract@ripe.net was created for a specific project that is not part of RIPE NCC's day-to-day operations. As a result, requests sent to this address might take longer to process than those sent to the regular addresses. The response times for this mailbox are not being measured.
Please note that these statistics are only applicable for working days. Weekends and holidays are not taken in account.
